What is SOS STORE?
SOS STORE is a Dutch webshop specializing in premium basics for men, such as socks, boxer shorts and T-shirts in affordable multipacks.
Where will my order be shipped?
We ship within the European Union. Shipping costs vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order & pay
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and Bancontact, among others.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible via info@sosstore.nl .
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust or cancel it.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, after your order you will automatically receive a digital invoice by email.

What are the shipping costs?
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer free shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time in the Netherlands is 1–3 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, every order is shipped with a Track & Trace code.
You will receive this by email as soon as your package has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship within the European Union.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return products within 14 days of receipt.
How do I return a product?
Please contact us first at info@sosstore.nl .
We will then send you the correct return address.
Who pays the return costs?
Return costs are always borne by the customer.
Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded.
When will I receive my money back?
After receipt and approval, we will refund within 14 days.
Can I exchange items?
We do not offer a direct exchange service.
You can return it and then place a new order.

What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials such as cotton, polyester and breathable blends.
How do the sizes fit?
Our products have a normal fit.
Always check the size chart with the product.
Can the products be washed in the washing machine?
Yes, washable at 30–40°C.
For best results, follow the care label.
Are your products sustainable?
We strive for sustainable production and use environmentally friendly materials wherever possible.
