At SOSSTORE we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
After receiving the returned shipment, we will refund the purchase amount.
Returns Policy
A product can be returned when:
– it has not been worn, washed or used
– it is in the original packaging, with all labels intact
– it is in the same condition as when you received it
Return procedure

Report your return within 14 days by email to our customer service

Pack the product carefully and return it to the specified address.

After inspection we will refund within 14 days
Postage costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will reimburse the return costs.
Exceptions
Underwear and socks can only be returned if the packaging is unopened, for hygiene reasons.
Refund
After approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method.
Depending on your bank, this can take 5–10 business days.
